Meta Ads for Jewellery Brands: What Actually Works in 2025

Running Meta ads for a jewellery brand is not the same as running ads for any other product category. Here is the complete guide to campaign structure, creative strategy, and targeting that drives real results.

Why most jewellery brands waste their Meta budget

We have audited the Meta ad accounts of over two dozen jewellery brands before taking them on as clients. The pattern is almost always the same: broad targeting with generic creative, no campaign structure, no creative testing system, and no understanding of the jewellery buyer's decision journey. The result is high CPMs, low quality leads, and frustrated brand owners who conclude that Meta ads do not work for jewellery. They are wrong. Meta ads work exceptionally well for jewellery brands — when run correctly.

The campaign structure that works

For jewellery brands, we run a three-stage funnel. The top of the funnel focuses on reach and brand awareness — broad targeting, strong visual creative, no hard call to action. The goal here is building brand familiarity with the right audience. The middle of the funnel targets people who have engaged with the brand — watched a reel, visited the profile, clicked a link — with content that builds desire: craftsmanship videos, product close-ups, collection stories. The bottom of the funnel is where lead generation and conversion campaigns run, targeting warm audiences with direct offers and clear call to actions. Brands that skip the top and middle and go straight to conversion campaigns wonder why their cost per lead is ₹800 when it should be ₹80.

Creative that converts for jewellery

In our experience across hundreds of jewellery ad creatives, the formats that consistently outperform everything else are: close-up videos showing texture and craftsmanship — the weight, the finish, the detail; before and after styling videos showing the jewellery on a person in a real context; and testimonial or social proof videos showing real customers. Static flat lay images, which most jewellery brands default to, consistently underperform video creative by three to five times in engagement and conversion rate.

Targeting the right audience

For fine jewellery brands targeting buyers in the ₹50,000 and above range, broad targeting with strong creative almost always outperforms detailed interest targeting in 2025. Meta's algorithm has become remarkably good at finding the right buyer when given strong creative signal. For demi-fine and mid-range jewellery, layered interest targeting still works well — targeting users interested in jewellery combined with fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brand affinities.

The brands achieving 4x to 6x ROAS on Meta are not spending more — they are spending smarter. The right campaign structure, tested creative, and a genuine understanding of the jewellery buyer's psychology separates the brands winning on Meta from the ones burning budget.
